We took a family trip in our plane to TN to visit my mom and stepdad over the Columbus Day weekend since Andy had Monday off from school. It was a good trip although short. We all had a lot of fun with Alex, taking him to a pumpkin patch complete with a hayride and corn maze and the park. Andy and I got a date night on Saturday thanks to the grandparents babysitting! My parents finally got to see and get a ride in the airplane. The flight there was mostly clear but had big bumpy buildups and the ride home was smooth although in the weather the whole way to the minimum ceiling for the approach back into Prattville. The cooler weather was a nice change from Montgomery "fall" (aka still summer). The temps did drop this weekend in Montgomery though and we went to another pumpkin patch here where Alex had a blast...more on that in my next post. For now, here are the pictures from our TN trip...I forgot my camera, so these are from my mom. I realized that because of that, there aren't any pictures of the grandparents with Alex...0ops!
